German currywurst recipe



If you have been to Germany and you are a lover of street food. Sure you have tried German currywurst. Currywurst is a sauce that is cut into cubes and covered with a wonderful tomato and curry sauce.

 # Invension 

Currywurst was invented in Berlin.
But nowdays is popular in the whole country.

 # Vegetable 🍆


We are gonna need oil and onion, sieved , tomatoes,sugar and tomato puree, chiken broth ,paprika powder. and worcestershire souce, curry powder, salt and lemon.

# First Step

At the beginning, we're gonna pre-heat the pan and wait until it's hot 🔥. Then we're gonna pre-heat some oil.

Now it is time to add the onion and put a bit of salt. After about three minutes, we are ready for the chicken booth. And right after this for the sieved tomatoes and of course tomato puree.

# Second Step 


Before we start simmering the sauce we're gonna add Worcestershire sauce, and paprika and curry powder. 
For the sauce, use middle spicy curry powder. 

After two  minutes the sauce is gone need Some salt. After this, we're gonna leave it for about 20 minute. Don't forget to turn down the heat.
Now it is the time to season the souce. For this we're gonna need some sugar. you don't want the sauce to be also not too  thick but also not too watery or liquidy.

# Third Step


Let's taste the sauce and see If to need additional salt or lemon. The sousage is usually fried or the pan. Now we're going to cut it into cubes.  Take this small bowl and place the sausage 🌭 in it . Put curry powder directly on thee sausage.

# Fourth Step 


 For this use extra spicy one.Then we gonna  put our sauce and a lot of mild curry powder.
At this point, your currywurst ready. so grab some bauernbrot or  fried and enjoy it.
