1. Samosa
Samosa is one of the most eaten dishes in India. Samosa looks as beautiful as it looks, equally it tastes delicious. Samosa is mostly served with red, green chutney. Making samosa is very easy. It is believed that samosa was first made in India. In the ancient picture of King Maharaj of India, Rajavo can be seen called Samosa.

It is one of the head dish of Bharti. Puri can be eaten with almost all vegetables, this is one of the specialties of Puri. Puri is mainly eaten with potato curry or tomato curry.
Along with eating Puri, Indian people use it to offer food to God and in the form of Prasad. Puri contains about 780 calories, which can be important for your energy.
6. गोलगप्पे ( Panipuri)
Golgappa is also one of the most eaten street food in India. Which is one of the girl's favorite street food. It is fun to eat sour clay golgappa. Apart from India, Golgappa are also very famous in countries like America, Canada, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka etc.
These days, pre-made golgappa have also started coming in the market. By using which you can enjoy Golgappa at home as well.
You can use maida or all purpose flour to make market like golgappa. Add water to the flour and beat it well, then break it into small pieces. Roll it into a round roti and fry it well in hot oil until puffed. You can use Jaljeera water or tamarind water as water.
